Winter Warm Up Sessions
This camp is to help the high school players knock off that off-season rust and get some pre-season conditioning in before tryouts.
Ages
Open to all current high school girls in the Wentzville and Fort Zumwalt school districts.
A middle school session has been added!
When
This program will normally run in January and February before the start of the main high school season.
Where
All sessions will be held at the SportsBarn in Wentzville.

Pre-season skills and conditioning camp
*New- A middle School session has been added. If you are in Middle school make sure to only Register for the session on 2/28
Open to all current 9th - 12th graders.
All sessions will be held at the SportsBarn on Hwy N in Wentzville, MO.

Fri. 1/30 - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Wed. 2/4 - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Wed. 2/11 - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Fri. 2/13 - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Wed. 2/18 - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Fri. 2/20 - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Sat 2/28 12:30-2:00 (Mid. School only)
Cost is $10 per sessions or you can purchase all 7 sessions for $60.
